Credits
Credits are prepaid: 10 credits = $1, sold in packs of 150, 300 or 600. Each entrance costs a set number of credits that depends on its length, shown on the review screen before you confirm. Credits don't expire.
Refunds of credit
If a job fails before a video is delivered, its credits return automatically. Cancelling before the still starts returns them. Rejecting a still, or leaving it unanswered for 7 days, costs only the character picture (priced with the same formula; currently 8 credits) and the rest of the entrance's credits come back, because no video was made. Single-credit entrances made in the earlier format can't be split, so that credit is used. A new attempt is a new entrance at its current price, only when you confirm it. If a payment is refunded or disputed, the matching credits are removed; credits already spent are recorded and the account is paused until it's resolved.
Your photos
Before you start a paid job, your photo stays on your device only. When you start, the cropped photo is uploaded to private storage tied to your account and used to create your character. Only you (and the service operator) can access it.
Your words
New entrances use natural cinematic sound and are delivered exactly as the video AI made them — nothing is added afterwards. Names in the scene are experimental and not for sale yet. Entrances made in the earlier format keep their browser-added name and message.
Style preview
The free preview on the homepage is a sample clip with browser effects. It is not your MVP transformed and never uses AI services or credits.
Still being prepared by the owner: a support contact address, a data-retention period, and reviewed terms of service and privacy policy. Until they're published, signed-in customers can manage purchases from Pricing.
